Department: AIMS/Implementation

SUMMARY:

Responsible of all activities related to the implementation of sold software solutions at AIMS.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Installation of AIMS’ applications (Socrate Major, Socrate Platinm, etc)
2. Providing clients with training sessions on AIMS’ solutions.
3. Analyzing customer requirements.
4. Solving technical problems and on site service.
5. Transferring customer complaints and needs to appropriate staff.
6. Ensuring periodical cycle visits to clients.
7. Maintaining and establishing solid customer relationships.
8. Involved in presenting AIMS’ solutions for key accounts.
9. Reporting to GM: Timesheet, Data entry on Socrate, Weekly meetings…
10. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1. A University diploma in Computer Science or Business Computer.
2. Must have strong SQL skills.
3. Experience working with various Data Base Management Systems such as SQL Server, Fox Pro,etc.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Business analysis background including data analysis, data mapping and translating requirements to system designs.
6. Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
7. One to Three years of experience in software implementation is a plus.
8. Work requires having a car.
9. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
